What we repair
Cracked, chipped and hollow-sounding tiles replaced and colour-matched. Failed and stained grout removed and renewed. Caulk lines at tubs, corners and countertops cut out and replaced with the right sealant. Loose floor tiles reset properly rather than glued back down.
Where tile has been discontinued, we work from your attic stock or source the closest available match and place it where the difference reads least.
Leaks and water damage
A leaking shower gets diagnosed before it gets repaired: is it the caulk, a failed grout joint, a fixture penetration, the drain connection or the membrane itself? Each has a different fix and a very different cost.
Where water has already reached the subfloor or the ceiling below, the damaged material comes out, the cause gets corrected, and the rebuild goes back with proper waterproofing so the same failure does not repeat.
Repair or replace, honestly
Regrouting a sound installation makes a bathroom look years newer for a fraction of a renovation. Regrouting a shower whose membrane has failed is money spent to delay the same demolition by a season.
